Delivery

Orders are picked, packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Most orders arrive within 3–9 days of dispatch. UK shipping is free on orders over £40; orders under £40 ship for £4.95.

If a parcel can’t be delivered, it is held at your local depot for a few days. It is your responsibility to collect it — parcels left unclaimed are returned to the shipper, and we can’t refund orders lost that way.

Returns

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. Contact us first — every return needs our authorisation before you send anything back. Returns ship to our designated warehouse at your cost, with a trackable carrier. Include the original packaging, tags and accessories.

Once the returned item arrives at the warehouse it is inspected. Refunds cover the product cost only — original shipping charges, taxes and other fees are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives badly damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we offer a full refund or a replacement. Partially damaged items qualify for a partial refund or replacement. Send us photos of the issue with your request — evidence is required for every claim.

Minor cosmetic issues — loose threads, small scratches, slight wrinkles — and damage limited to the outer shipping box are not covered. If a tracking number shows your order was delivered, we can’t refund a claim of non-receipt. Missing parts are handled case by case: minor parts are resent, and where a fault affects the product’s function, the whole product is replaced.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any point before our warehouse has processed it. Once it has been picked and packed, the standard returns policy applies.

Events outside our control

We’re not liable for delay, loss or damage caused by force majeure — extreme weather, industrial action, customs inspections, or similar events beyond our control.
